Life is good. In a few days, Jud and I will be celebrating our 6 month wedding anniversary- it seems to have flown by! We sure have crammed in alot of fun in the mean time. We've been traveling as much as we can (might as well when neither one of us have 9-5 jobs or kids right now). We're planning a trip to Cabo in September and are so excited!
Jud's business, Trident Water Services, has really picked up lately (thank you, Lord) and he's been working his tail off. I don't know how he does it.. working sometimes 7 days a week, waking up at 4am and not coming home till the job is done...ahem, when I'm asleep! But I am sure proud of him and he is such a good husband to me.
So today is our niece Zana's 4th birthday and Friday is Zoe's 6th Birthday and we've got alot of celebrating to do! Tonight we're going over to a birthday dinner and we're going to give them their presents tonight, instead of at Friday's official bash because we've learned from experience birthday parties are sensory overload for that age and they just start opening presents and tossing them aside before they even know what they got! Ahhh.
We're giving them a "Day O'Fun" with cool Aunt Amber and Uncle Jud.... haha..Ok that sounds really cheap and lame, I know. But here's what we're doing. We're going to go to "Van Grow" off of 7th street and have an hour of arts and crafts! Woohoo! Then we're going to see the movie "UP," which coincidentally, I am dying to see! Since these girls now have two younger siblings taking away the spotlight, they love to get out of the house and get some quality time. :)
Now I've got to go design something to give them. Yeah- they're gonna love getting a piece of paper - haha!
